- 75 ml vodka
- 35 ml Kahlúa
- 35 ml single cream
Over ice, add the vodka and liqueur, stir well, then slowly pour the cream on top. Lightly stir again or not if you want it layered.

In its original form, using thick cream, some find it far too heavy. The Dude uses ‘half-and-half’ but don’t stop there. Make it a long drink, in a large glass, topped up with 200 ml of full fat milk.
Swap out the Kahlua for the excellent Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur from Australian to up your strike rate; it really ties the drink together. Now let’s go bowling.
